Many chronic issues begin at the base: the feet.
This 4-week course is designed for anyone who experiences poor posture, recurring pain, or weakness in their movement system. Using a functional, whole-body approach, you’ll learn to restore alignment from the feet upward—building strength, stability, and connection throughout your system.
This Course Will Help You:
Improve posture and movement efficiency
Strengthen your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and core
Understand the relationship between foot function and total alignment
Reduce strain, prevent injuries, and increase physical confidence
Integrate exercises that support long-term structural health
What You’ll Learn Each Week:
Week 1: Foot strength, stability & posture awareness
Week 2: Ankle-to-hip alignment & lower body connection
Week 3: Core stability, breath, and spinal stacking
Week 4: Full-body integration & movement flow
You’ll receive guided instruction, hands-on correction, and simple exercises you can take home and use for life.
