Who am I
Orlando Hill
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals across all ages and stages of life restore function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience. My practice is grounded in evidence-based principles, integrating biomechanics, musculoskeletal function, and nervous system regulation to support sustainable recovery.
I approach the body as a complex, interconnected system. Muscles, joints, connective tissues, and the nervous system are all interdependent, and optimal healing requires addressing each of these components in a coordinated way. My assessment and treatment strategies are designed to identify dysfunction, restore alignment and stability, and enhance the body’s inherent capacity for self-regulation and repair.
I utilize a broad range of clinical modalities to support recovery, including manual therapy, joint and connective tissue manipulation, dry needling, massage therapy, movement rehabilitation, breathwork, and nervous system balancing techniques. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual, combining hands-on interventions with active rehabilitation to ensure lasting functional improvements.
My perspective is informed not only by formal training in physical therapy and manipulative therapies but also by extensive personal experience with injury and recovery. Having played competitive rugby for 25 years and recovered from multiple significant injuries—including spinal and cranial trauma—I bring a practical understanding of tissue healing, load management, and the psychological aspects of recovery.
My goal is to provide a clinically rigorous, integrative approach that empowers clients to recover from injury, manage pain effectively, and achieve optimal function while promoting resilience for the long term.
