Injuries can occur at any stage of life — from childhood falls and sports-related trauma to occupational strain and age-related wear and tear. Whether you are recovering from an acute injury, managing persistent pain, or addressing postural or movement-related dysfunction, effective treatment requires skilled assessment and hands-on care.
Physical injury often impacts more than just tissues and joints. Pain, instability, and repeated injury can reduce confidence in movement and disrupt normal neuromuscular patterns. My approach focuses on restoring structural integrity, improving movement efficiency, and supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal.
With over 20 years of experience treating the full musculoskeletal system, I work with individuals across all life stages — from newborns to older adults, from recreational movers to high-performance athletes.

This training is designed for individuals who want a deeper understanding of their own health and recovery process. Rather than passive treatment, it focuses on education, awareness, and practical tools that support long-term self-regulation and resilience.
Drawing on over 20 years of clinical practice, hands-on therapy, rehabilitation experience, and integrative health training, these courses guide participants through a structured approach to working with the body, mind, and nervous system as one interconnected system.
In this training, you will learn to work with multiple dimensions of health:
Physical - Posture, movement efficiency, pain patterns, injury recovery, and functional mobility
Mental - Stress responses, attention regulation, cognitive patterns, and mental clarity
Emotional - Emotional awareness, regulation skills, and improved interoceptive understanding
Neuro-Energetic - Nervous system regulation, autonomic balance, sensory processing, and somatic awareness
Integrative / Inner Awareness
Developing internal safety, self-trust, and intuitive body awareness to support decision-making and recovery
Participants are taught practical tools informed by both science and integrative practice, including anatomy and biomechanics, breath-based regulation, nervous system tracking, somatic techniques, self-assessment skills, and recovery strategies.
This training is suitable for individuals managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury or stress-related symptoms, seeking deeper body awareness, or professionals wanting to support others more effectively.

Energy Healing / Trauma release
Release stored stress and shock across body and mind—so you don’t just cope, you recover.
Your body holds more than muscles and bones. It holds patterns of protection shaped by stress, injury, and lived experience. When events overwhelm the system, the nervous system adapts to survive — and those adaptations can persist long after the original trigger has passed.
Unprocessed injury, repeated stress, emotional overload, or prolonged tension can leave the body stuck in defensive states such as hypervigilance, shutdown, or chronic holding. Over time, this can affect movement, breathing, energy levels, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.
This work supports your system in safely completing those unfinished stress responses. By gently guiding the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into regulation, the body regains access to its natural rhythms of recovery and repair.
